The Ethereum-based blockchain game Ronin has been flooded with meme coins through the Tama Launchpad, which resembles Pump.fun, a similar platform used to launch meme coins, but on Solana.
Since its launch on Tuesday (January 21, 2025), Tama Meme has facilitated the creation of 7,000 tokens, now owned by nearly 60,000 Ronin wallets.
The platform, created by Moku and operating similarly to Pump.fun, is part of Ronin’s expansion under the “Operation Leviosa.”
How to Create Meme Coins on Tama Launchpad
Users can either purchase pre-made tokens from the launchpad or create their own for a fee of 1 RON (currently US$1.65 or approximately Rp26,000) in just a few steps by choosing an image, ticker, and token name.
Once created, the tokens are launched on the bonding curve, increasing their market capitalization with each purchase until they “graduate” and become available for trading on Katana, the decentralized exchange (DEX) on the Ronin blockchain.
According to GeckoTerminal, the tokens created range from riff tokens on Smooth Love Potion Axie Infinity and Ronin community members to new memes such as the CuteAsianGirl (CAG) token, whose market capitalization has surged to US$4.3 million or approximately Rp69.4 billion.
