CertiK, a blockchain and Web3 security company, has launched an all-in-one platform called Skynet for Community. This platform is designed to enhance security, perform viability tests, and provide information for the Web3 ecosystem.
Skynet for Community will help users discover new projects, perform due diligence on projects they are interested in, and provide news and updates in the Web3 space. The platform integrates a large amount of data into the most easily accessible Web3 due diligence tool, making it easier for users to obtain the information they need to make informed decisions.

On this platform, users can also get information on the security ranking of projects based on their security scores and market performance. There are two scores used: a manual signal score given to each audited project by CertiK’s research analysts and security experts, who evaluate factors such as the quality of the whitepaper, documentation, and other fundamental aspects of the project.
The next score is an automatic signal score calculated in real-time by the software infrastructure and monitoring system, which evaluates the security of the website, security incidents, and other factors. Signals are weighted based on the severity or potential impact of the issue and the qualitative and quantitative insights form the final security score of the project.
Additionally, the KYC Leaderboard lists and ranks projects based on their CertiK Badge KYC status, which is awarded to projects that undergo rigorous background investigations.
Skynet for Community also evaluates the security of Web3 projects through both manual and automated actions. The platform covers a significant portion of Web3 projects using transparent metrics, regardless of their relationship with CertiK. The platform also includes tools such as the Exchange Analyzer, Skynet Alerts, and Wallet Analyzer.
Exchange Analyzer: Allows users to perform due diligence on centralized exchanges by displaying their on-chain asset ownership.
Skynet Alerts: A system that provides timely notifications about rug pulls and exploits in the crypto asset space.
