Korea Blockchain Week (KBW), one of Asia’s largest Web3 festivals, is set to take place from September 1 to 7, 2024, in Seoul, South Korea. This event is founded and hosted by FACTBLOCK, a Web3 ecosystem builder, and co-hosted by Hashed, a leading Web3 venture fund in Asia. KBW will delve into various exciting topics, including AI and blockchain integration, as well as the rise of DeFi through restaking and real-world asset (RWA) tokenization.
Highlighting the importance of growth and adoption led by Asia in deep finance and technology, KBW will feature 100 sessions with 250 visionary speakers.

KBW2024: IMPACT Conference Showcases Global Crypto Leaders
The main highlight of KBW2024 is the IMPACT Conference, scheduled for September 3-4 at Walkerhill Hotels & Resorts in Seoul. This flagship event is expected to attract over 10,000 participants and feature more than 250 visionary speakers, including Ethereum Co-Founder Vitalik Buterin, Maelstrom CIO Arthur Hayes, Mysten Labs Co-Founder Adeniyi Abiodun, Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse, and Binance CEO Richard Teng.
Additionally, newly announced speakers include SK Telecom Executive Vice President Sehyeon Oh, TRON Founder Justin Sun, Movement Labs Co-Founder Rushi Manche, Pudgy Penguins CEO Luca Schnetzler, and MakerDAO Co-Founder Rune Christensen.
Movement Labs will join KBW2024: IMPACT as an official partner, alongside Sui. Founded in 2022 by Rushi Manche and Cooper Scanlon, Movement Labs is developing the next-generation blockchain network that enhances smart contract security and scalability by integrating MoveVM into the Ethereum ecosystem.
