Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange platform, announced that it will be listing the meme coin $DOGS on Binance Launchpool. This integration adds another centralized exchange (CEX) that will facilitate the airdrop claim process for $DOGS tokens.
In a statement released on August 20, 2024, Binance revealed that DOGS users can now start claiming their $DOGS tokens through the Binance platform. Trading for this token will begin on August 26, 2024, at 7:00 PM WIB, with trading pairs DOGS/USDT, DOGS/BNB, DOGS/FDUSD, and DOGS/TRY.
With the listing on Launchpool, users have the opportunity to earn more $DOGS tokens by staking BNB and FDUSD tokens during a three-day period from August 23 to August 25.
DOGS Deposit Rewards on Binance
The DOGS development team is offering a special reward of 22 billion tokens for users who deposit their $DOGS tokens into Binance.
This reward is available for the first 500,000 users who choose to deposit into Binance, with each user receiving approximately 20,000 $DOGS. Once the limit is reached, other users will still have the chance to receive 10,000 $DOGS until all the rewards are claimed.
$DOGS is a new meme coin built on the TON network. The coin’s mascot is inspired by the popular meme dog character named Spotty, created by Telegram CEO Pavel Durov.
The DOGS app was first launched via a mini-app on Telegram in July, where users could collect as many $DOGS tokens as possible by completing a series of missions.
Since its launch, the number of DOGS users has exceeded 53 million. Currently, around 8 million verified users have requested to directly deposit their $DOGS tokens into a crypto exchange or Telegram Wallet.
In relation to the latest integration with Binance, the DOGS team announced that they will again delay the Token Generation Event (TGE) launch, which was initially scheduled for August 23, to August 26, coinciding with International Dog Day.
This is the second delay, following the original plan to launch $DOGS on August 20.
